4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel services after their contract period, typically 3–6 months.
Early cancellation may require payment of remaining contract fees unless otherwise agreed.


5. Ownership

Clients own their business content, branding, and provided materials.

Internal templates

Workflows

Website frameworks

Automation systems

AI scripts

Intellectual property used to build or support client websites

Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms.
